Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of contextwindow.shop and the content Context Window (“we”) publishes on the site and on social media. By using the site you agree to them. Questions go to team@contextwindow.shop.

Orders

Products are sold through Shopify checkout. Prices, availability and shipping details are shown at checkout, and Shopify’s checkout terms apply to payment. If something is wrong with an order, email us and we’ll make it right.

Our content

Articles, illustrations, videos and designs on the site and our social accounts are made by Context Window. You can share links to them and quote short excerpts with credit. Don’t republish whole articles or videos, or use our designs on products, without asking first.

Our explainers and quiz questions are for learning. We check them carefully, but they may contain mistakes and are not professional advice. Lab names in quiz videos describe the style of a question; they don’t mean that lab wrote or endorsed it.

Context Window Publisher

Context Window Publisher is our internal tool for posting our own videos to our own Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts. It isn’t offered to the public. Its use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains how it handles data.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, or get around checkout.

Liability

The site and content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Context Window isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
